Set Business Integration Amazon Q Business M365
Follow the steps below to set Microsoft 365 integrations with Amazon Q Business.
- Go to the AWS management keyboard for Amazon Q business and select improvement then iNtegratioN. on iNtegratioN page, pick Add integration.
- yoke view OR Word. In this example, we have chosen view.
- below IntegrationWrite a name for integration. Under the workspace, enter your Microsoft Entra tenant ID. Leave the remaining values as default and select Add integration.
- Once the integration is successfully set, select the integration name and copy the manifestation URL to use in a later step.
- Go to the Admin Microsoft Center. below SETTINGS yoke Integrated appsand choose Upload custom apps.
- yoke Type of app And then choose Office. Sign in to the URL of Manifestation from the Amazon Q Business keyboard, in Provide link to the manifest file. Choose Validate.
- on USERS page, add user, select Accept permits and select Finish setting.
