Governance is the main advantage for AI agents users

Nearly 80 percent of IT professionals who respond to a new governance of the survey as ‘extremely important’, underlining the fact that while organizations barely want to renew, they still want to do so responsibly
Study by API Gravitee management firm views the use of AI and large language models (LLM) by large and medium -sized companies and finds 72 percent of respondents report that their organizations are actively using the AICIC systems he today.
The data also reveals strong plans for future approval with 21 percent of respondents planning to implement agents systems within the next two years.
Nearly 74 percent of participants say that increased operational efficiency is a major impulse for implementation, stressing how agents are being seen as critical tools for automating repeated tasks, reducing the upper manual and regulating internal processes. Client experience (46.23 percent) and lowering costs (37.74 percent) also ranks highly, signaling a shift in how organizations are applying, not only to innovate, but to give end line results.
The most common approach to implementation is the creation of a dedicated agent team, with 37.74 percent of respondents citing this as their primary implementation group. This trend shows the emergence of a new specialism within the enterprise, one that builds orchestration, rapid engineering, integration strategy and governance in a cross-disciplinary ability. Data science teams and engineering teams still played major roles, although, respectively 29.87 percent and 16.98 percent.
Nearly half of the respondents (49.06 percent) report that their initiatives are supported by a new budget allocated specifically for that agent, suggesting strong executive commitment and long -term engagement. However, a considerable number (35.53 percent) are being reprinted from existing budgets, without interruption to other IT initiatives.
“The survey data reflects what we are listening to from customers,” says Rory Blundell, CEO of Gravitee. “Companies are anxious to implement he and LLM agents for the purposes of improving customer productivity and experience. But they are also taking care of governance and control.
