The lack of distancing or social threats to touch someone be of suspensible and frightenable when students come back to school?
To Michelle Ball, California education assistance for the students since 1995
Schools and the students are in California, with all of the Distance of the “AKA EMAIL” AKA. How about the Failure. How is the student in the Coronavirus “and how are the restraints of the school?Imagine the children in the normal school to school (running, tissue, ringing, by playing, walking salty) and now imagining that action of your apare. How’s the children’s schools stops the kids to interact and how they will be punished if they don’t have the social distance? I am not looking forward to finding out.

It is difficult to imagine children who play on a playground and social distaste, is not? Let’s get a 5, 10 or even an old age of 16 and try to keep them 6 feet of their friends. How will this work be? What’s in physical education (PE)? Will you just jog alone or play tennis? There are innumerable questions and serious concerns about how well they will be. It’s not hard to instead a heavy authoritative type exists in schools to strengthen new standards. In this new “normal” which ones will be schools to stop children running in 6 feet of someone shaken someone’s hand? Will he be suspended, or even expelled to put someone in the Teacher? I hope not, but I’m not sure.
California students have to surf severe restrictions and makes a new class of offenses that at this time may be imagined,as well as:
– be in 6 feet of another.
– no sanitizing well
– threaten each other with touching, spitting or breathing on them
– lying down they have coronavirus to intimidate and scan others
– threatening to bring coronavirus at school
– touching a friend, teacher or a staff member (PE high-fiving, hugging, banging someone)
– touching things around campus
– not sanitary its desk or seat, etc. when they change classes
– play in groups
– play contact sports
– using someone else’s things
– go to the bathroom when someone else the use
– placed in the wrong post, the place or being in a non-marked place with a taped “X”
– it does not wear a mask (if necessary)
– whispered to each other
– cough or sterning and not cover coughing / sneeze
– CominG to school with a fever or sick
– Do not report when a family member is sick
– posting on social media in relation to Coronavirus in a way that threatens students or creates a school disruption
There is no direct provisions in California education code, or for students not waiting for their turn, but there is an essenti for other things I am afraid.
Education code§48900:
This code section allows suspension or expulsion for many things, including at least someone, disruption / challenge, and bullying:
A populatulous will not be suspended by school or advisable, unless the superintendent consults the climb to give a farm as a collection as defined (a) to (r), including:
(a) (1) caused, attempt to cause, or threatened to cause physical injury to another person …
(k) disturbed school activities or otherwise voluntaries the valid authority, teachers, the administrators, school officials, or other personal in the performance of their duties.(The expulsion and suspension can be limited according to grade level)…
(r) engaged in an act of bullying. To figure this subdivision, the following terms have the following meanings:
(1) “Bullying” means a physical act or communications made in writing or through an electronic acting, and including one to the 47 section that have or more of the following:
(A) Put a pupil or popular in the pupil in the fear of harm to that puppy or those of the person’s person or properties.
(B) causing a reasonable popular to experience a substantial detractral effect in the physical health of the pupil or mental.
(C) causing a reasonable pupil to experience substantial interference with the academic performance of the pupil.
(D) causing a reasonable popular to experience substantial interference with the ability to participate or benefit from services, or privileges.
So if a student threaten another student with approach close to a friend and “business, that means they threatening to damage? And if an intimidate student attached a student who is very scared of Coronavirus? Will be bullying? If a student refuses to stay out of friends trying to play, will be sent to the office? And if they want to run around separately, but accidentally are accidentally in the other – will be expelled for the end of someone? Is this too far in current california climate? Not necessarily. T. TIts is just one more the least they have to surf.
Another section of code that could conceive if they are twisted in a tool to punish during coronavirus panic is Education code §48900.4What States:
… a pupil has been engaged 4 to 12 apuses to be suspended by the painful interrupts, and involving the staff of staff or pupil creating a intimidating educational or hostile environment.
The student who threaten another daily with a daily, with being by the side by the bus, with breathing on them, could be designing this code to color.
What about education§48900.7? This section allows suspension or expulsion to make the threats of the grave damage they can be performed immediately:
(a) … a pupil can be suspended by school or advisable to expulsend or populate or populate that the painful threats oo two.
(b) For the purpose of this section, “the statement, if aheading to the face, is done, it is done, to the immediate proteor of their own or her own person’s immediate proteivity
A one can only imagine a student on her hands and taste about the clave can’t caused running, or having so many more to the interception of operation.
While I often see the kids in an inquiry and expelled, this is just a concern that I have when kids come back to the Correction of the Correction’s Correction. In definitinate, will be the reason of discipline rules to the students for the school administrators and the fort of parents. We hope the schools are using their discretion for discipline with wisely in the “new normal”.We’ll see.
The best,
