The Viewsonic Corporation has made the screens of Liquid Crystal (LCD), projectors and white tables for various markets such as education, enterprise and entertainment. The brand has been making quality products since its inception in 1987. Today we have received an opportunity to interview the Viewsonic Middle East Manager Mr. Max HSU.

With a new wave of photographers, graphic stylists and video editors, are you offering any specially created solution to improve their work?
Viewsonic is a global leader in the provision of photographers, graphic designers and video editors with the right tools to achieve their work exactly, offering them a professional monitor series of Monitor, which is created to meet their work needs, such as VP3481, VP2768A, VP2785-4K and All New VP276. With these monitors, Viewsonic aims to provide professionals with a tool with features that can improve their work and reduce the completion time. Some of the features of these series are: 100% SRGB and 100% Rec.709 Color coverage, pre-cut uniformity correction, USB-C connection, ergonomic attitude with Auto Pivot & Daisy Chain supported for double monitor setting.
What are the latest views and improvements of viewonic for corporate customers and modern office spaces?
In addition to the VP series for professionals, we also offer other job resolution series that aims to eliminate the complications of within the workplace, the VG & TD series are at the forefront of these solutions. Where the VG series presents the only USB-C cable work station solutions such as VG2456, in addition to the ergonomic design and next generation connectivity, and recently we started VG2740V with an integrated camera for better use with increased online meetings. On the other hand to maximize productivity in motion, we have previously introduced TD1655, a moving touch monitor, which allows users to easily extend their contents from laptops and mobile devices, through a solution with a cable for transmitting audiovisual signals, energy and touch. It has a compact, lightweight size and a very bold and durable design.
How has the demand for touch monitors increased and how is Catering Viewsonic for?
The demand for the touch monitor has increased on an annual basis, as this technology is needed and prefers to be used by most users, especially that the user’s experience will be much softer. And one of our best touch monitors is TD2455 which is used for office and education classes. And in our plans, touch monitors will receive more concentration to develop new models and solutions to meet the needs and requirements of end users. On the other hand, the demand for flat interactive panels for meetings and training rooms has also increased, as it creates a better environment for easier engagement and cooperation during hybrid meetings. For example, the market share of Viewsonic IFP products ranks as the high position of 2 globally (except China), and in the country in the United Arab Emirates we are number 1 in the market in 2021-Q4. So the demand and interest of monitors and touch screens is increasing from all industries.
How have Viewsonic corporate solutions improved during the Pandemia?
Even before the Pandemia, Viewsonic was one of the best sellers for corporate visual solution, from office and home monitors, smart designers to IFPS and commercial screens that focus on ensuring the best possible experience for users to connect, collaborate and engage in the workplace. And, the Pandemia made us increase the variety of our solutions and add new features to new models to meet new normal in all categories of product lines.
