Mishcon awaits the cross-border innovation summit-artificial vocation

On June 25, Mishcon De Reya will gather a diverse group of lawyers inside the home and technology specialists at the AB2L London Summit to discuss the main issues facing large home legal departments operating around the world.

Here, Marcelo MouraA collaborator in the firm and who is organizing the event explains what it is about.

Dynamic leadership for GC GLOBAL

Adam Woohall, the founder and CEO of the General Council’s sustainability forum, will give the opening mark, underlining what he has learned from work with dozens of high -level GCs how they are applying dynamic leadership when dealing with the challenges of their organization. Adam will also moderate the first panel, where the Global Gcs Molie Stoker and Marco Araujo will discuss how they are using dynamic leadership to navigate it, durability and beyond.

Cross -border legal departments

Cross -border legal departments often deal with non -consistent or inappropriate legal systems, leading to conflicting duties in areas such as supply chains, fees, judicial cases, compliance, data protection, internet security and more. At the second session of the Panel Panel Pilgrimage Advisor in Europe, Igor Oliveira, will lead a conversation with internal advice operating throughout Europe, Africa and America, sharing their first -hand experiences to overcome these challenges.

Comparison of markets

The third panel will explore the UK legal markets, USA and Brazil. Representatives from each jurisdiction, including Richard Tromans of Artificial Lawyer, will discuss how legal technology offers are formed by the unique legal system of each country.

While the United Kingdom and the United Kingdom are the largest monetary markets, Brazil offers an interesting study of comparative cases. In particular, Brazilian courts manage approximately 100 million active court cases – they all work electronically, very much with support. In the US and the UK, Eventvery’s services are a major branch of the legal technology industry. In Brazil, procedural rules do not create strong detection obligations, but abundant judicial data generate different opportunities. Powered by unparalleled backwardness, the Brazilian analytics industry is probably years before the US and UK. Can these places learn from one another?

Fast engineering

In the endThe design is dead. Promoting all over. ‘ Electra will explore how fast engineering is becoming a new essential ability for legal professionals, replacing traditional design with the ability to guide, evaluate and refine it. It will argue that lawyers should evolve to stay important in the rapid era.

International Legal Technology Association

Brought to the UK by the Brazilian Association of Law Technology (AB2L), this summit promises to attract a global audience interested in the future of legal technology, innovation and cross -border business.
