Treatment by Susan Young

The treatment raised a really good question. If someone told you that the life you know is not real and that you are with a different person, would you like to know these memories? Would you take A pill that would allow you to regain the memories that were stolen by you? Could you be afraid to remember those memories that the program said, you got sick? Or would you be pleased with who you are now? Treatment raises all these questions, and even like Sloan and James debate who should take the pill.

The treatment is full of emotional characters, shocking story twists and overall incredible end (though I could use another book or 7!) … and I’m still a team KingdomS

Synopsis

How do you stop an epidemic?

Sloan and James are escaped after barely experiencing the suicide and program. But they are not in danger. Huge pieces of their memories are still missing, and although Sloan and James have found a way back to each other, the program is not ready to release them.

Esizing a group of problematic rebels, Sloan and James will have to understand who they can trust and how to download the program. But as far as they came, there is still a lot of Sloan and James can’t remember. The key to unlocking their past lies in the treatment – a pill that can return forgotten memories, but at a high price. And there is only one dose.

After all, when the bets are the highest, can Sloan and James survive in the many lies and secrets around them, or will the program claim them ultimately?
